Sebagai salah satu kopi Arabika yang berasal dari Indonesia, Kopi Arabika Ijen ini memiliki beberapa perbedaan dengan kopi arabika lainnya. Perbedaan tersebut yang membuat kopi ini memiliki ciri khasnya tersendiri yang tentunya sayang bila tidak dicoba.
Jika dibandingkan dengan kopi arabika lainnya, kopi khas Bondowoso ini terbilang kopi Arabika yang lebih ringan dengan tingkat keasaman rendah. Sehingga rasa asam yang dihadirkan pun sangat eksotis .
Cita rasa yang dimiliki pun sangat unik, yaitu memiliki rasa kacang-kacangan dan sedikit berasa seperti coklat jika dicicipi. Aroma yang khas pun akan terasa saat diseduh pertama kali.

As one of the Arabica coffees originating from Indonesia, Ijen Arabica Coffee has some differences with other arabica coffees. The difference that makes this coffee has its own characteristics that are certainly unfortunate if not tried.
When compared to other arabica coffee, bondowoso coffee is fairly milder Arabica coffee with low acidity levels. So that the sour taste presented is very exotic. The taste is also very unique, which has a nutty taste and slightly tastes like chocolate if tasted. A distinctive aroma will also be felt when it is first brewed.
